Festival : -     8 day festival in Masi month (February-March) with Pookuzhi walking (walking on the fire pit) carrying Kavadis and Milk pots, giving goats in sacrifice, is celebrated in the temple. Those called Samiyadis supposed to be possessed by the Goddess conduct the festival.
